Package Shipping

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment via Nacex with a tracking number and delivery without a signature. As a general rule, shipments are based on the availability of the purchased product. All products are provided with delivery times. Any additional delivery time will be duly notified to the customer.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

Shipments requested within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands They will be free for orders over €1000, for orders under this amount the amount will be €15 excluding taxes.

For shipments requested in Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, must be managed by the end customer. For processing, please contact us via email. comercial@ontariosoluciones.com

For shipments in other countries of the Community European, They will be free of charge for orders over €1.000, or with an additional cost of €25,00 over the Peninsula prices, if the order is less than €1.000.

No deliveries to PO boxes or cash on delivery will be made.

Our usual logistics operator for domestic shipments is NACEX; for international shipments, we may work with other providers such as Mail Boxes or TNT.

Customers can also send to the transport company they usually work with or pick up orders at our facilities, after giving prior notice through the email address comercial@ontariosoluciones.com

Return & Refund policy

At Ontario Soluciones, SL, we are committed to customer satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy is detailed below.

1. Returns and Refunds

1.1. Following current legislation, we accept returns of products within the 14 days after the delivery dateIf you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via comercial@ontariosoluciones.com to request a return authorization, stating the reason for the return and, if possible, attaching a copy of the invoice.

1.2. Products must be returned in their original condition and with their original packaging, with no signs of use or damage.

1.3.Ontario Soluciones, SL, reserves the right to deny the return if any anomaly is detected in the returned product..

1.4. We do not accept returns of products or goods made to customer specifications, that are clearly personalized or custom-made, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

1.5. We do not accept returns for services rendered, such as rentals, once the service has been fully performed, or when performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer/user.

1.6. We do not accept returns of intangible assets, such as software licenses purchased by the customer.

2. Return Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team via comercial@ontariosoluciones.com to obtain a return authorization number.

Pack the product securely, including all accessories and manuals, if applicable.

Please include a copy of your purchase invoice and the return authorization number inside the package.

Send the package to the address we will provide you with the return authorization number.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and verify the return, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on the financial institution.

4. Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Changes and Substitutions

If you wish to exchange a product for another, we recommend that you request a return under the terms of this policy and make a new purchase for the desired product.
